CRDF Global Co-Hosts Cyber Theft Workshop for Georgian and Armenian Researchers.
CRDF Global in partnership with American Culture Center hosted an in-person workshop on cyber theft in academia in Tbilisi, Georgia.

The training engaged university IT leaders, cybersecurity professionals, and other stakeholders from higher education institutions to enhance their capacities to defend against and respond to cyber threats.

Speakers include Dr. Eric Novotny, CRDF Global affiliated expert and president of the faculty at the American University; Ms. Simin Kargar, doctoral candidate at the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) at John Hopkins University; and Mr. Amir Rashidi, director of digital rights and security at the Miaan Group.
