A discussion on constitutional reforms took place today at the Institute of Philosophy, Sociology and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia.

Davit Hakobyan, a member of the Committee on Constitutional Reforms, as well as the researchers of the Department of State and Legal Studies and the Department of Political Studies of the Institute took part in the discussion.
Davit Hakobyan presented the general concept of constitutional reforms, after which the researchers of the institute presented their approaches and they came up with some suggestions.
Such discussions with scientific organizations initiated by the government are welcome which consider on the scientific potential of the republic.
