The Center for Support of Scientific-Innovative Partnership Foundation was established in 2017 by the State Committee of Science of the Ministry of Education and Science. The Scientific and Innovation Partnership Assistance Center (SIPAC) was established in 2017 by the Science Committee of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of the Republic of Armenia as a foundation, to support science internationalization efforts of the government, to provide consultancy and independent expertise for the state and international organizations in various fields of science, education, technology and innovation.
